Yes. Advance booking is required as tour space is limited.
Our tours are limited capacity to help ensure a more personal experience with your guide who will be pleased to answer all your questions. You will be outfitted with a wireless, single-ear headphone with its own volume control, giving you complete control to ensure you hear every fun fact and story from your guide.
This tour stops outside of businesses and establishments to allow for discussion and viewing photos (if applicable) but has no planned excursions inside any establishments (with exception of the Union Station site, Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino and Downtown Container Park).
Tour does not visit Gold & Silver Pawn unless ‘Pawn Stop’ Extra has been added to purchase in which case your tour will end at the Pawn Shop where you will be free to browse and proceed to your next destination at your leisure. Consider browsing Pawn Plaza next door, the Harrisons new open-air retail center. Rick has been known to bartend at his new restaurant – Rick’s Rollin’ Smoke Barbeque & Tavern which has a 2nd fl. patio overlooking Las Vegas Blvd.
‘Pawn Stop’ Add-On brings you to, but does not guarantee entry to Gold & Silver Pawn due to the potential of long lines, closure for filming, etc. (A 5 to 10-minute wait is common. Sometimes more, sometimes less).
The tour begins on Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas. The exact meeting location details will be provided immediately upon purchase of tickets.
Yes. Several options exist with the 2 closest listed below:
• Plaza Hotel & Casino (10-minute walk) – Self-parking is available in the attached garage (enter off Main St., 1 block South of Fremont St.) Non-hotel guests are charged a parking daily rate of $5 on Sunday-Thursday and $10 on Friday and Saturday. Valet parking is available at the entrance of the self-parking garage for a fee (Valet currently unavailable due to Covid-19 restrictions).
• Garage Mahal @ Circa (3-minute walk) – Valet and Self-parking is available. Located directly beside Plaza Hotel & Casino on the North end of the property. (enter off Main St., 1/2 block North of Fremont St.) Self-parking is $4 per hour and a $15 flat fee for Valet.
Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas but discretion is appreciated during the tour.
Our morning and afternoon tours are open to all ages. Our FREMONT AFTER DARK evening tour is restricted to 21+. Valid ID is required.
No. The tour ends 7 blocks East down Fremont Street, following a tour of Downtown Container Park – 707 Fremont St. If you have added the ‘Pawn Stop’ Add-On, the tour ends at the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop – 713 S. Las Vegas Blvd. The guide brings you to, but does not guarantee entry due to the potential of lines, filming, etc. Your guide will be proceeding back to the tour start point if you wish to return back to Fremont St. Your guide will ensure you have a full understanding of walk, transit, or Taxi information you may require to return to your next desired location if you wish to stay and browse at Gold & Silver Pawn.
Our morning and afternoon tours are available for all ages but it is up to your discretion. Fremont Street is considered more of an ‘adult’ playground, especially as the day progresses. We do have children of all ages attend and enjoy our daytime tours. As there can be public alcohol consumption and costumed street artists/performers etc. that may not be suitable for children, we recommend our morning tour for children if there is concern.
Yes. Children ages 4 to 10 is $15 per person, the general admission is $35 per person. Toddlers age 3 and under are free.
It’s Las Vegas so it will be sunny and hot. You’ll be on your feet for upwards of 2 hours, so bring your sunscreen, wear weather/activity appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes. Bottled water is a good idea.
Nothing is provided so you’re welcome to bring a beverage (no alcohol) and snacks if you feel necessary. A bottle of water is recommended during summer months.
Public restrooms are available in all casinos however there are no scheduled bathroom stops on the tour. The tour will walk past a public restroom halfway through the tour if it is required. Public facilities are available at the tour conclusion in Downtown Container Park.
Yes, wheelchairs and strollers are permitted although we will be navigating city sidewalks.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the Fremont Street Experience and would therefore prevent you from participating in the tour. Certified Service Animals are allowed.
The tour does go inside the Plaza Hotel & Casino, Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino and into Downtown Container Park which is technically an outdoor venue. We have no planned stops inside any other establishments. If you have added the ‘Pawn Stop’ Add-On, your tour will end at Gold & Silver Pawn where you will be allowed to enter, browse and shop at your leisure (with exception during days of filming). Your ‘Pawn Stop’ Add-On does bring you to Gold & Silver Pawn, but does not guarantee entry.
There will not be time to ‘shop’ but we will have time on Fremont St. to grab a souvenir. Your ‘Pawn Stop’ Add-On will bring you to Gold & Silver Pawn where you will end your tour and your guide will proceed back to the starting location. A 5-10 minute wait for entry is typical but you will then be free to shop at your leisure (with exception to days of filming).
Both. Our tours have been appreciated by locals as well as tourists. Locals residents can learn more about the neighborhood and the city in which they live. The tour guides talk about many fun and interesting facts throughout the tour that both local residents and travelers can appreciate.
